Questions

Do I need an account?
No, and there is not one to make. The site works with nothing stored at all; anything you do keep is kept in this browser until you ask for a personal link.
Is my save file uploaded anywhere?
No. It is read in this browser tab and the contents never leave it. What you can choose to put in the cloud is a saved build or a character - never the file.
Something I own is missing from a list.
Check the content pack chips under the header first: a pack switched off is dropped from every list and every count on the site. If the chips are not it, this site may have been built from an older version of the game than the one you are playing - the footer says which.
Where do the numbers come from?
From the game itself. Every table and every sprite is read out of a local copy of the game rather than typed in here, which is why this site can say what a weapon does at level 7 and why it cannot say anything the game does not record. Where a claim needed a source the game has no table for, the chapter that makes it cites one.
Why did changing the game text reload the page?
The game’s own text is applied once when the site starts, so item names cannot be swapped underneath a page that is already open. Reloading is the honest version of that choice, which is why the picker warns you rather than doing it quietly.
I lost my personal link.
It cannot be recovered. Only a hash of it is stored, so there is nothing on the other end to look you up by - no email to reset against and no support desk that could help if there were. Builds saved in the browser you are reading this in are still there.
What is the music player?
Ten Creative Commons Zero tracks, hosted here, for playing while you read. It is not the game’s soundtrack and could not be - that music is poncle’s. The Music page is the reference to the real thing; the player is a radio.
Is this official?
No. Vampire Survivors is © poncle. This is an unofficial, non-commercial fan guide with no connection to them, and nothing here should be read as coming from the people who make the game.
Something here is wrong.
Some of it will be. The numbers are as right as the game files they were read from, but the writing around them is opinion and ages, and this site only knows the version of the game it was last built against. Believe the game over this page where they disagree.
